Mark Santiago is the President and CEO
of International CoSourcing Group.
Mark has consulted in the legal field for more than 25 years.
He led project teams that have completed the two most
successful law firm outsourcing engagements in the United States.
Additionally, Mark has consulted in the
areas of administrative process improvement, financial management,
partner compensation, shared service center feasibility studies,
merger and acquisition due diligence and merger integration planning
and implementation.
Mark
developed the first Business case to outsource the
administrative functions of a major international law firm.
He has also lead project teams that have analyzed the
cost and feasibility of developing shared service centers
and that have designed and redesigned back office functions
to maximize the advantages achieved from the introduction of
new software, technology and process redesign.
Mark has
published several papers on law firm outsourcing and shared
service centers and served as chair and panelist for
American Lawyer Media events such as Chief Financial
Officers Conference, The Chief Information & Technology
Officer's Forum, and The Managing Partners' Forum.
Mark is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants (AICPA) and a
Certified Management Consultant (CMC). Mark holds
both BS and MBA degrees from Fordham University.
